The Venue at Horseshoe Casino's Box Office Hours of Operation: We will open at 5pm on show days and close 1 hour after the event starts. The Box Office is located on the second floor of the casino across from the Village Buffet. Enjoy some of the best casino entertainment and events in North County San Diego. Tickets are available for our concerts and events at the Pala Privileges Center, or by calling 1-877-WIN-PALA and asking to be transferred to the Privileges Center. Our main concert areas are the Events Center and Starlight Theater. Northern Quest Resort & Casino concert tickets sell for an average of $164 on SeatGeek, though that is of course subject to change depending on who is performing. Theater tickets at Northern Quest Resort & Casino tend to sell for $61, though this can fluctuate based on the day of the week of the performance.
